If you have dental care as an employee benefit, please bring in with you a claim form and your insurance card. It is important for you to fully understand your dental benefits and we recommend that you contact the personel department where you work if you have any questions regarding your coverage. We will work with you to make full use of any employee dental benefits that you may have.
You may apply for CareCredit while you are at our office. Most applications to CareCredit take less than 5 minutes to process and receive an answer! CareCredit is a convenient way to help finance your dental care. You may qualify for grace periods of 3, 6, 9 months or longer, without interest fees through CareCredit.
Your personal check is welcome. As a convenience to our patients, we accept most major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit.
